Completions Support Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Completions Support Administrator to join our team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth completion of various tasks and projects, working closely with our colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer post-offer applications, ensuring timely completion and positive outcomes for brokers and customers.
- Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy CDD guidelines and standard operating procedures, supporting the bank's aim to be recognized as a specialist financier.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external solicitors to ensure seamless communication and exchange of information.
- Manage completion-related checks and ensure timely release of funds.
- Assist with the management of Completions workflow and replies within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external solicitors, ensuring timely exchange of information and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a home purchase plan or other financing-related process-driven operational team.
- Ability to support and guide colleagues, with a passion for inspiring and nurturing others for sustained employee engagement.
- Service excellence delivery for customers.
- Time management and business strategic planning skills.
- Fraud risk and compliance awareness.
