Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Graduate Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding levels of hospitality to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service, including setting up tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures, including food handling and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
