We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn Cambridge City Centre/Lion Yard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading hospitality business, Whitbread, and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm and friendly service
  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
  • Ensuring that the hotel is clean and tidy, and that all areas are well-maintained
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are prepared to a high standard
