Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve clinical and operational goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development of the ward, including quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Experience of working as a Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Evidence of continued development (essential)
