Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the post-project care for clients, ensuring seamless communication between developers, representatives, and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Utilise CRM system to meticulously log job details, schedule appointments, and track progress, ensuring efficient organisation and communication.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure timely completion of job requests, effectively coordinating efforts and addressing any challenges.
- Provide comprehensive reports to developers at the conclusion of each job, outlining outcomes, addressing any feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage customer care calls, respond to emails, and address occasional website queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Contribute to the overall administrative functions of the team, including ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when completing work
- Competent in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
