Paediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at Tripod Partners. The successful candidate will work with children and young people with complex neurodisability, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with schools, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support
- Implement and evaluate treatment programs, using a range of paediatric equipment and techniques
- Provide training and education to school staff and caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care
- Extensive experience in paediatric physiotherapy, particularly with children with complex neurodisability
- Strong knowledge of child development and neurodevelopmental principles
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills, with ability to work autonomously
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner
- Experience of working with paediatric equipment and orthotics
