Key Job Details:
- Location: Lincoln
- Pay Rate: £140 per day with potential to increase based on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (term time only)
- Role: Full-time, 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of subjects to students with special educational needs across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with learning difficulties, ensuring that all students are given the opportunity to thrive
- Work closely with support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and track students' progress, implementing tailored strategies to support individual learning plans
- Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for students
