We are seeking a skilled Therapy Assistant to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to provide support and assistance to patients in various settings, including community clinics, care homes, and patients' own homes.

As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the acute rehabilitation of patients, ensuring they achieve their goals and return to previous levels of independence and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ III Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A current full UK clean driving license.
  • Mathematics and English qualification to Level 2 or GCSE C.
