About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. This is a part-time opportunity, requiring 12 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 3pm.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health issues and autism. They will be passionate about providing high-quality care and support, enabling our service users to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support with daily living tasks such as dressing, cooking, and household chores.
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies and social engagements to enhance the quality of life.
  • Administering medication as required, under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  • Completing daily care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.

Requirements
  • Prior experience working with mental health and learning disabilities is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.
  • The ability to adapt to challenging situations.
  • A caring and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
