We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer at NFP People. As the new CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, steer organisational growth, and ensure the charity continues delivering its impactful services.
About the OrganisationThe charity exists for men, boys, and non-binary people who have experienced any form of sexual violence. They support those affected through various services, challenge myths and stereotypes, and build networks for better access to help.
You will be responsible for managing operations, expanding partnerships, and developing innovative services that meet the evolving needs of service users. Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering organisational strategy and operational plans.
- Leading fundraising efforts and securing income from diverse sources.
- Strengthening external relationships and representing the charity at forums.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for driving social change. You will bring strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a commitment to inclusivity.
