Flexible Cardiovascular Nursing Role

We are seeking experienced and adaptable Cardiovascular Nurses to join our dynamic team at the Transformation Unit. As a valued member of our Bank, you will have the opportunity to work across various clinical areas, developing your skills and expertise in cardiothoracic surgery and medical nursing.
The successful candidates will possess a strong background in nursing principles, with a minimum of 12 months post-registration experience. Recent experience in a hospital setting is essential, and proficiency in assessing and mentoring qualifications is highly desirable.
In this flexible role, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, sometimes at short notice. However, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience by working in different areas within the Trust. We also offer ongoing education and development programs, ensuring your skills remain up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
