Role Overview:

The purpose of this post is to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for the pupils at the Pavilion's Primary Provision. This is a small unit for pupils who may be at risk of exclusion and need further assessment. As a member of our dynamic, creative and supportive staff team, you will be responsible for supporting the general good order and discipline of the Pavilion, and the implementation of all policies.

We require you to have a clear understanding of the aims, objectives and ethos of The Pavilion and an awareness of its role in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for Primary Pupils, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by the Governing Body and Headteacher of the schoolRaise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole curriculum areaMonitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/instructor/Form Tutor and support the School's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal growthEffectively manage and deploy teaching/support staff, financial and physical resources within the department to support your designated curriculum portfolioSupport children to understand and change their behaviour so that they become successful learners and go on to make positive life choices

Salary Information: MPS/UPS £34,514 - £51,179 per annum (full-time equivalent), 27.5 hours per week.
