Job Title: Primary Phonics Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to support Phonics development across EYFS and KS1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Phonics and a proven track record of helping children achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Phonics interventions to children of varying abilities
- Support teachers in planning and delivering Phonics lessons
- Assess and track children's progress in Phonics
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Child or Education-related field
- Good experience of working in Primary Schools
- Strong background in Phonics training and delivery
