- Develop lesson plans meeting established school and national curriculum models
- Manage diverse ability levels of students
- Adapt curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining class progress
- Possess and develop working knowledge of national curriculum programmes and frameworks
- Assess and record student development, identify problem areas, and improve
- Provide a safe, positive learning environment for students
- Maintain order, discipline, safety, and compliance with school rules
In return, you'll receive higher rates of pay for long-term roles, ongoing CPD, competitive rates of pay, professional support from experienced consultants, and a £50 Referral Bonus for each teacher or teaching assistant referred.
