Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Learning Mentor to join our team at a specialist SEND school in Leicestershire.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a school setting and a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The successful candidate will have the ability to work with young people, manage behavioural difficulties, and provide high levels of care and resilience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children during lessons and school activities
  • Managing pupils' personalised learning based on their individual needs
  • Providing physical management and care of pupils
  • Delivering 1:1 or small group activities
  • Collecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment
