Job Title: BI Analyst

Hyde is seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join our Operational Analytics department. As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical expertise and insight into data related to property, customer surveys, and other key areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Liaise with budget holders to compile budget forecasts and monitor spend.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar performance data analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and software, including Business Objects Web Intelligence, PowerBI, and ArcGIS.
  • Previous experience in housing or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
