Job Title: BI Analyst

Join The Hyde Group, a leading provider of affordable homes in London and the South-East, as a Business Intelligence Analyst. We're seeking a talented individual to support our Operational Analytics department in delivering high-quality analytical insights.

About the Role

As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical expertise and insight into various data sets, including property-related data and customer feedback. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
  • Identifying trends and shifts in customer preferences and attitudes
  • Liaising with stakeholders to design and develop solutions to enhance business performance
  • Compiling budget forecasts and monitoring spend
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar performance data analyst role
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and software, including Business Objects Web Intelligence and PowerBI
  • Previous experience in housing is advantageous but not essential
