As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise and insight into all data relating to property, including responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes.
You will work closely with our stakeholders to advise on the optimal way forward in line with our strategic and operational business plans.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar performance data analyst role.
You should have a good level of knowledge in the skills and software relevant for analytics delivery, such as Business Objects Web Intelligence, PowerBI, ArcGIS, and analytics tools/service on AWS.
Previous experience or understanding of housing is advantageous but not essential.
