Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Burgess Hill Premier Inn team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the hotel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
