Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn in Burgess Hill. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are welcoming, safe, and brilliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses to achieve budget targets.

  • Proven experience in hotel operations or a related field.
