Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our innovative Neurosciences team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a specialist in stroke and neurology, you will be responsible for providing person-centered assessment and intervention to patients with complex neurological conditions.

Main Duties
  • Conduct specialized assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for patients with complex neurological needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective discharge planning.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior staff and students on neurological presentations and management.
  • Develop and maintain skills in tone, spasticity management, splinting, and complex seating systems.
  • Contribute to the education and training of students and junior staff within the Neurosciences team.
