About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in St Austell, Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live the lives they choose.

The ideal candidate will be caring, fun, and up for a challenge. They will be able to work every other weekend and have the ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments. A full UK/International driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required, with mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.

In this role, you will assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and social activities. You will also support our customers with independent skills, domestic duties, and keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
