Inspection Department Lead

Are you an experienced quality professional looking for a new challenge? The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a talented Inspection Department Lead to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading precision engineering company, delivering high-quality products to the Automotive and Motorsport sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of quality inspectors, as well as overseeing the inspection department's operations.
A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum is on offer, along with excellent benefits including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, critical illness cover, and a discounted BUPA healthcare scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality inspectors to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Oversee the inspection department's operations, including CMM programming and technical support.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Director to develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management).
- At least 6 years' experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of PPAP and FAIRs.
