Head of Process Improvement

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Head of Process Improvement to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality inspectors and improving processes to increase efficiency.
You will have experience of working with CNC Machined components, PPAP and FAIR's, and be able to support technical operations with ease.
The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
A competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum is on offer, along with excellent benefits including 24 days holidays plus bank holidays, critical illness cover, and a discounted BUPA healthcare scheme.
This role would suit an experienced Inspection Team Leader looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.
