We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd in St Neots. As a Mechanical Biased Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical maintenance skills, including experience of production equipment, fault finding, and repair. You will work closely with our maintenance department to ensure that all equipment is running optimally.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • To maintain and repair process equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • To identify and rectify electrical setup issues and provide production support
  • To diagnose and repair breakdowns efficiently
  • Proven experience of production equipment maintenance in a diverse factory environment
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Mechanical maintenance experience
  • Computer literacy (stores systems and Maintenance Management Systems)
Working Hours and Shift Pattern

The successful candidate will work 1758 hours per annum, consisting of 143 rostered 12-hour shifts, usually between 6:45am and 7pm, 6:45pm and 7am, with one 6-hour training session.
