About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Sweyne Court Care Home in Rayleigh, Essex. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and daily living activities
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, including daily records and care plans
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence, choice, and dignity
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.40, depending on experience and qualifications
  • A 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available
  • 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday
  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
