About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a dedicated team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents. Your dedication, reliability, and compassion will make a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and completing documentation, including daily record keeping and care plans.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Support residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.00 - £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available.
  • 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday.
  • 28 Days holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Enhanced bank holiday pay.
