About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Conquest Lodge, a residential service for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred support and care to our service users, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to service users, including personal care and participation in activities
  • Build good relationships with service users and their families, supporting them in the planning of goals and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
