We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Night Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with food and beverage requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Conduct security patrols to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
  • Process card payments, charges, and banking reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist guests with travel arrangements and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, using your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in computer skills and telephone answering, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good team player with problem-solving skills, able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
