Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Team Member at The Met Hotel Leeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, check-in, and check-out, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Serve food and beverages from our 24/7 menu to late arrivals and residents, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct security patrols and maintain the safety and comfort of our guests during their stay.
  • Complete the Reception shift, balancing the day's business, and running the Night Audit process with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process card payments, charges, and banking reconciliation, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist guests with their forward travel plans and make reservations as required, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of the English language.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and discretion.
  • Confidence in computer skills and telephone answering, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good standard of numeracy, with the ability to complete tasks to timelines and deadlines.
