About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Team Member at The Met Hotel Leeds.

As a Night Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This will involve greeting guests, checking them in and out, and assisting with any general enquiries.

You will also be responsible for serving food and beverage from our 24/7 menu to late arrivals and residents, as well as carrying out security patrols to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Additionally, you will be responsible for completing the Reception shift, balancing the day's business, and running the Night Audit process. This will involve processing card payments, charges, and banking reconciliation.

As a Night Team Member, you will be part of a close-knit team working on shifts, and you will need to be able to work well on your own using your own initiative, as well as with others.

We are looking for someone who is well-presented, approachable, and helpful, with a good command of the English language. You will also need to be able to follow checklist protocols and be confident in computer skills and telephone answering.
