We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backup Program Coordinator to join our team at the University of Maryland Global Campus Europe. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support services to our students and faculty, ensuring the highest quality experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic and administrative support to students and faculty, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Document all student interactions and schedule follow-up activities through our Customer Relations Management System.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with host military Education Services Officers and Education Center staff.
- Organize and participate in local events, such as Education Fairs, Open Houses, and Graduations, representing the University of Maryland Global Campus.
- Track and analyze class enrollments and student interest, providing input on scheduling and ensuring classrooms are equipped with necessary technology.
- Assist with processing students' military documentation and distributing marketing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including facility support and base access assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background in customer service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accurate attention to detail.
- Basic office management and clerical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Successful applicants must pass a background check and meet requirements for individual logistic support (ILS).
- Some college coursework.
- Valid driver's license.
Local applicants with individual logistical support (ILS) only. Applicants must already have and be able to maintain ILS, meaning they must possess a military ID card and SOFA card from an external source.
