Job Summary:

The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team in various areas, including attendance tracking, service awards, job postings, recruitment, recognition, leave of absence management, and benefit enrollments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the HR team in planning and executing employee meals and events, as well as maintaining company bulletin boards and postings.
  2. Perform administrative duties, including data entry, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  3. Assist employees as needed and provide back-up support to others in the HR Department.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and pre-employment processes.
