About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Home Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • To work closely with the care team to deliver a high-quality service, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care and identify any changes in their condition, reporting these to the relevant authorities.
