The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Maintenance and fault-finding of rail infrastructure
- Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Working closely with team members to deliver safe and efficient work delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of arranging and implementing safe systems of work
- Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques
- Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing
- Ability to work shifts in all weathers
