">We are seeking an experienced corporate-commercial lawyer to join our team in the UK, working on a wide range of Practical Law content, including English corporate-commercial content and certain Scots law materials.
">Responsibilities

- Provide and maintain high-quality content, ensuring it is up-to-date and meets business objectives and customer needs.">
- Commission, review, and edit content from internal and external sources.">
- Develop relationships with third-party experts to contribute to and improve content.">
- Assist in developing and marketing the Corporate and Commercial practice areas.">
- Support marketing and sales efforts, engaging with customers to deliver business objectives.">
Requirements
">You should have significant post-qualification experience as a lawyer specialising in corporate-commercial law at a law firm or in-house, including expertise in supply of goods and services terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, general contract law, execution of documents, company formation and administration, private M&A, and partnerships.
