Camascope Limited is seeking a highly skilled Brand Awareness Manager to join our team. This is a senior role that requires a proactive and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. They should be familiar with data analysis and using quantitative insights to guide marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a marketing plan that is informed by customer insights, data analysis, and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and generate traffic (both online and offline), using data to optimise strategies and achieve measurable results.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content for various channels, including the website, blog, and social media, with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase audience engagement and follower growth, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, digital assets, and other content, working with our design team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, contributing to the positive perception and strength of the brand.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, producing regular reports and data-driven insights to improve future performance.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the brand and gather market insights.
Requirements:
  • A minimum salary of £62,000 per annum.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with key marketing tools, including social media platforms, website management, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and analytic tools such as GA4 and Power BI.
