We are seeking a qualified counsellor to join our team at My Life Counselling UK. The ideal candidate will be registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and have a strong commitment to safeguarding and risk management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 200 face-to-face client hours and be highly enthusiastic, motivated, and organised. They will also have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to offer empathy and communicate sensitively with clients.

We are looking for a therapist who is qualified in working with adults, children, and learning difficulties, and has experience in treating depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. A degree in Psychology or Counselling is desirable, but not essential.

The role will involve working on a self-employed basis, with the opportunity to work from home. The hourly rate is £30.00, and the schedule will be flexible to accommodate the needs of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality counselling services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality protocols
