Compassionate Support Assistant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant with a strong passion for providing exceptional care to older people. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure residents receive the best possible care by following care plans and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Person Specification:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience of caring for older people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
