Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems, including valve sets and fire pumps
  • Conduct 5-point flow tests on fire pumps and general service checks
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients to ensure their sprinkler systems are functioning optimally
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to sprinkler systems

Requirements

  • Experience in servicing all types of valve sets, including wet, dry, alternate, deluge, and pre-Action
  • Experience of carrying out 5-point flow tests on sprinkler fire pumps and general service checks
  • Experience of plumbing/piping knowledge and fault finding on sprinkler systems
  • Full UK driving license and ability to cover a regional role
  • Sprinkler Installation Level 2 qualified (desirable)
  • Previous experience gained within commercial/industrial buildings environment (desirable)
  • Experience in small works install (desirable)
  • Experience and understanding of electronic reporting (desirable)
