Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and improving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise to production teams to resolve day-to-day issues and maintain continuous production.
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, including machine breakdowns, component evaluations, and performance enhancements.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to increase Roll Through Yield (RTY) and productivity while reducing waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition of new products into manufacturing.
  • Conduct tests and measurements to determine process control and identify improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science in Engineering or HND.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Production Engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of electronic engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent engineering and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
