Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and experience in process improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  3. Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  4. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
  3. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
