Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at Ilkeston, Derby. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations, including ordering, forecasting, and quality control
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in a hospitality or catering environment
  • Proven management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and food quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
