Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and labor laws
