About the Role: Adult Services Senior Practitioner
\We are seeking an experienced Adult Services Senior Practitioner to join our team, supporting adults with mental health issues to promote and maintain independence.
\About You:
\To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in adults social work. You will provide social work leadership to our dedicated staff, facilitating safe and high-quality care.
\Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a limited caseload of complex cases\
- Provide guidance on relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, and Human Rights Act\
- Supervise social work staff and promote their growth and development\
- \
Working Arrangements:
\This is a direct role with regular working hours from 9am-5pm. We offer parking accessible nearby and public transport easily accessible nearby.
\Salary and Benefits:
\The estimated salary for this role is £38.00 per hour umbrella, with a PAYE payment option available. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to GMMH facilities.
