Trade Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a client base from scratch, generating leads through cold calling and social media channels, and account managing clients to ensure retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth
- Proactively generate leads through targeted outreach and social media engagement
- Visit clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
