About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support to our clients in their own homes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that enables our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Reminding clients to take their medication
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Performing household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues
