Bathroom Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Bathroom Sales Representative in the SOUTH WEST area.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' high-spec bathroom products across the agreed geographical area, focusing on new business development and managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the market and business needs to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in the marketplace.
- Develop and implement a clear business plan to maximize sales growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the internal contact team to manage accounts and build new business.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer challenges are resolved effectively.
- Attend team meetings to contribute to national strategy and initiatives.
About You:
- You should be outgoing, positive, and capable of dealing with customers at various levels.
- You should be self-motivated and able to manage your database and area effectively.
Requirements:
- A sales background in the bathroom market with strong product knowledge and understanding of the sector and customer needs.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective planning, organisation and evaluation skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and tenacious with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills to gain credibility with customers and product providers.
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure and be IT literate with good numeracy skills.
- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.

Salary: NEGOTIABLE + Commission
