About the Role:

Crowd Creative, a family-run architecture studio based in London, seeks a part-time Studio and Finance Manager to join their team. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to take ownership of essential studio operations and book-keeping.

This cross-functional position involves broad duties, working closely with passionate individuals. Ideal candidates have experience working for small, family-run architecture studios or construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, including invoicing, expenses, payments, and reconciliations using Xero.
  • Prepare financial reports, track budgets, and assist with forecasting.
  • Submit timely and accurate planning applications.
  • Coordinate tender submissions with subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversight of office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with operational needs and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar roles within operations/finance/studio management.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and confident use of Xero.
  • Detailed, organized, and adept at juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in architectural/construction/built environment.
  • Fits well into a relaxed, friendly professional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
