About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Young Person Support Worker. As part of our team, you will provide person-centred support to young people in our supported accommodation projects, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake needs assessments to understand the needs and goals of our young customers.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to young people to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals aged 16 and above.
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing role, providing excellent customer service.
  • Resilience and ability to work in potentially challenging situations.
